Manual harvest in crates. Mechanical destemming and selection of the grapes. Each grape variety is vinified separately in stainless steel tanks. Pumping over and unballasting. Pre-fermentary maceration at 12°C for 3 days. Total maceration time: 20-25 days. Aging in one and two years old barrels.
Beautiful cherry red color. Notes of spice and red fruit in the nose (cinnamon and vanilla), the attack is supple and pleasant, the tannins rounded with a fruity finish.
