Manual harvest. Grapes are transported in plastic crates with great care. Destemming. Grapes are then transferred to the fermenting tanks. Each grape variety is fermented separately to maintain its unique and distinctive characters. Temperature-controlled skin contact maceration (not exceeding 28ºC) for 10-15 days.
This red purple colored wine offers clean, fragrant, intense and fruity aromas of red and black fruits. It is powerful, yet soft, warm and full-flavored on the palate with a well balanced acidity and ripe tannins.
