Vinification

Late harvests. Cold skin contact maceration. Pneumatic pressing. Aging in stainless steel tanks at low temperature and under CO2 to enhance the flavor profile. Fermentation is stopped when optimum alcohol and sugar balance is reached.

Commentary

This moelleux is made exclusively from Gros Manseng grapes that bring rich citrus and exotic fruit aromas, and natural freshness to the wine.
