Vinification

Manual harvest in small crates. Mechanical destemming followed by a selection on a sorting table. Fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. Daily manual pumping over. Maceration for 12-15 days. Aging for 12 months in French oak barrels.

Commentary

Dense, garnet color with mauve tinges. Nose of red fruits. In the mouth, concentrated matter but smooth and suave, with a good persistent finish. A forthright, generous wine.

60% Syrah, 30% Grenache noir and 10% Tempranillo
