Vinification

Each grape variety is vinified separately, according to a traditional method with temperature control. 40% of the wines are aged 10 months in French-oak barrels. The remainder stays in stainless steel vats before blending.

Commentary

Ruby color and crimson hints. Blackcurrant nose. Persistence of aromas in the mouth and smooth finish. Robust fruit.

Grape variety

Carignan, Cabernet Franc, Syrah, Grenache, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot et Sauvignon gris.

Permanent tilling, bush vine for Grenache, Cordon de Royat with trellising for Syrah and leaf thinning.
