Vinification

Harvest carried out by plot selection. Grapes are sorted by several means including a vibrating table and an airblade sorting table, cutting-edge technology, enabling meticulous sorting of grapes and the separation of whole grapes from burst fruit. Casked in temperature-controlled, stainless steel vats. Cold maceration prior to fermentation lasting two days. Aged 16 months in French-oak barrels.

Commentary

All the depth and attraction of a young wine. Deep, mature nose, from fruit to notes of slightly smoked, undergrowth. In the mouth, the attack is full-flavored, fleshed out, and nicely rounded, with some tannins.

58% Merlot, 26% Cabernet Sauvignon, 11% Cabernet Franc et 5% Petit Verdot.
