Vinification

Grapes are entirely hand-picked and placed in crates. Sorted before and after destalking on a vibrating table. Casked by gravity using a funnel. Vinification by plots in temperature-controlled vats. Run-off directly into new French-oak barrels.

Commentary

Delicate structure, silky attack and aromas of black berries.

40% Merlot, 60% Cabernet Sauvignon.
