Vinification

Manual harvest in small crates. Manual destemming. Transfer into 40hl wooden vats. Pre-fermentary maceration. Punching down. Maceration for 30 days. Aging for 18 months in new and oneyear old oak barrels.

Commentary

Deep red color. Elegant nose of ripe red and black fruit, with smoked and coffee notes. The wine is full-flavored and well-structured in the mouth, and has an interesting finish of spiced notes.
