Vinification

Fermentation in temperature-controlled, stainless steel vats, with selection according to plots. Pumping over and delestage depending on daily tastings. Pneumatic pressing. Malolactic fermentation and aging for 6 months in vats and barrels.

Commentary

Attractive structure, with all the roundness of Merlot, and the bouquet and structure of Cabernet sauvignon. A rich and lively palate.

Grape variety

85% merlot, 15% Cabernet Sauvignon.
